June 2nd 2008 — Web hosting providers EXIST Hosting (existhosting.com) and Gogax (gogax.com) announced that they have merged, following a decision made by the parent company InterWeb Media Inc.The merger, says the company, has for primary goal to consolidate both companies and re-brand the existhosting.com service on the new gogax.com infrastructure.
