 Server and Service Monitoring
At Gogax we want to ensure your server is running 24×7x365. To keep your server running at best performance, we introduced our state of the art server and service monitoring solution. This can be setup on each of your servers. This monitoring solution makes sure various functions of your server, such as ping (communication with the server), http, dns, smtp and more respond correctly and are online and operational.
What is Server and Service Monitoring ?
Monitoring refers to the active polling of data from your server to actively know the state of the system or service you are polling. Once a monitor is active and setup, it will be polled regularly ranging from ten seconds to five minutes to verify it is responding correctly. In the event the monitor stops responding, you will immediately be notified and can then decide on which action to take to correct the function or state. Our highly trained staff of support technicians can be notified as well.
